The Incoming Romania Association is a group of people that seek to consecrate Romania as a leading tourist destination in the world by building a strong and sustainable incoming travel sector in Romania.

In order to achieve their mission, they work together with various organizations in the touristic domain in order to create promotional campaigns for Romania as well as events, workshops, and conferences.



The European Tourism Association was founded in 1989 by a group of tour operators who wanted representation in Europe. Today, ETOA is the leading trade association for tour operators and suppliers in Europe, with over 800 members that contribute more than €12bn.

It offers an unparalleled networking platform for tourism experts organizing B2B events, and it provides support for high profile industry campaigns and B2B marketing opportunities in order to promote Europe as a number one tourist destination.

The Iași International Airport is located 8km from the city center, and it is one of the oldest accredited airports in Romania and the fourth-busiest airport in Romania in terms of traffic.

The main operating airlines are Blue Air, TAROM, and Wizz Air, and there are weekly departures and arrivals to and from some of Europe’s most important cities, such as Rome, Bologna, Madrid, London, Brussels, Paris, Munchen, Glasgow, Antalya, Tel Aviv, and more.
