In Bucharest, we set out on our Transylvanian Halloween expedition at 9:00 AM. This intriguing capital city provides a window into the dynamic present and wealthy past of the nation. Get ready to travel through the centre of Dracula's fabled domain as we depart.
Bucharest exudes the same charm as many other capitals: a bustling metropolis with a blend of modern architecture and historic sites like the Palace of the Parliament. The capital city is where your voyage in the land of vampires and the paranormal will begin, and there are a tonne of activities featured. You can see all the locations connected to enigmatic occurrences and legendary creatures that remain unexplained by taking this Dracula tour.

You will make your way to the Old Centre of Bucharest in the evening. Public trials were held in the narrow streets of today, which are crowded with chic bistros and cafes. The Wallachian prince Vlad the Impaler, also known as Vlad Tepes, who served as the model for Dracula, presided over these trials. Enjoy a delicious dinner at a quaint restaurant to cap off the day.

The Halloween tour in Transylvania will start right after breakfast, and Sibiu is the final destination for the day. We will traverse the Carpathian Mountains and recreate the ancient trade routes used by troops, caravans, and fugitives hundreds of years ago. Once there, you'll explore the stunning old city with its expansive, picture-perfect square and discover the mysteries that the city's walls and underground tunnels have been keeping hidden.
If the weather permits, we'll stop at Poenari Castle along the way. Known as the actual Dracula's Castle, it was constructed in the fifteenth century by Vlad the Impaler. There are 1480 steps to climb on the way to Dracula's Poenari Castle ruins.
Next, we will travel to the Olt Valley, where nature has retained its untamed, untouched state. Romania's Olt Valley is a gorgeous and remarkably preserved natural environment. Anyone passing through its gorges is treated to a genuinely breathtaking panorama.

Upon arrival in Sibiu, a captivating city steeped in history, embark on a walking tour. Explore the charming Main Square, the Roman Catholic Cathedral's grandeur, and the Evangelical Church in Huet Square. You'll even cross the legendary Bridge of Lies and navigate the intriguing Stairs Passage. If you have free time in Sibiu, we can recommend various things to do there.

Transylvania unfolds further today! We depart Sibiu, venturing deeper into the region renowned for its captivating castles and enchanting legends. The first stop is the awe-inspiring Corvin Castle. Featured among the world's most impressive castles, it also boasts a reputation for being hauntingly beautiful. Prepare to be mesmerized by its Gothic architecture, dating back to 1440. Explore the Knight's Hall, the Diet Hall, and the captivating circular stairways. As you delve into the castle's history, hear tales of its use as both a fortress and a prison, with whispers of a chilling bear pit.

As the afternoon unfolds, we arrive in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania's largest city. Take a walking tour of the fascinating Old City Centre to learn about its fascinating history. After that, relax and take in Cluj-Napoca's lively atmosphere. Take in the youthful spirit of the city by dining at the hipster cafes and bohemian restaurants close to your accommodation.

At 9:00 AM, we pick up our Transylvania Halloween journey by departing Cluj-Napoca. Our next adventure explores the myth of Dracula in further detail and ends with an amazing Halloween celebration!
We start our journey in the picturesque Biertan Village, which is the location of the UNESCO-listed Biertan Fortified Church. Dating from the fifteenth century, this impressive mediaeval building has a certain "cold appeal" that has influenced many authors. It is a monument to the rich history of the area and one of Transylvania's largest fortified churches. Its eight towering structures and three protective walls will astound you.
Afterwards, we travel to the mediaeval town of Sighisoara Citadel, which has been magnificently preserved. Sighisoara Citadel is known to be the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler, the prince who is at the core of Dracula's legend. His name, Vlad Dracul, was inspired by his father's name, Vlad Dracul.

After lunch, you will have the opportunity to visit the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler at the house entitled Casa Dracula (Dracula's house) and the notorious Clock Tower. The house is situated next to a Dominican monastery, and today it hosts a pub and a restaurant. The legend-filled house is popular among the people who are interested in the famous vampire.
Your next stop is in Bran, next to Bran Castle - where all the magic is about to happen.
We reach Bran in the afternoon, the location of the legendary Bran Castle! The true enchantment happens in this massive castle, often known as Dracula's Castle. After checking in, be ready to enjoy the eerie atmosphere because your Halloween costume will be ideal for the evening's events!

A spooky and exciting Halloween party in Dracula's Castle awaits you! We start our specially designed Halloween tour of Bran Castle at 9:00 PM, and then it's time for the much-awaited Halloween party! Celebrate Halloween in style while taking in the mysterious atmosphere of the castle.

After a restful start, we embark on a city tour of Brasov. Take in the captivating mediaeval ambience that is typified by the towering Gothic structures. The Black Church, the biggest cathedral in southeast Europe, is a sight to behold. It was formerly known as St. Mary's Church, but in the late 15th century, a fire turned the outer walls black, giving it its current name. With the help of our city tour, you will discover Brasov's most famous sites and travel through time.

In the afternoon, we return to Bran Castle, this time for a comprehensive tour. Explore the castle's intriguing past in addition to the Halloween celebrations. We leave Bran at 9:00 AM and set off on an adventure that reveals two fascinating Romanian treasures.
Sinaia, a quaint mountain resort town tucked away in the stunning Carpathian Mountains, is where we start our journey. We go to the stunning Peles Castle here, which is a marvel of 19th-century buildings. This architectural marvel holds the distinction of being the first castle in history to run entirely on locally generated electricity. Explore its sumptuous interior, which boasts more than 160 rooms, 3200 square metres of space, and an astounding collection of more than 4,000 weapons from Europe and Asia. One of the greatest art collections in Europe was previously held in Peles Castle, providing insight into the sophisticated tastes of Romanian monarchs.

In the afternoon, we travel to Snagov Monastery, a historic and religious landmark situated on an island amidst the serene Snagov Lake. This monastery is shrouded in legend, most famously known as the alleged final resting place of Vlad the Impaler, the historical figure who inspired Dracula. While the exact location of Vlad's tomb remains a mystery, Snagov Monastery stands as a potent symbol of Romania's rich cultural heritage
