Gothic Cathedral of St. Michael - This Catholic cathedral is the second largest in Transylvania. It’s the most representative landmark of the city, and it’s situated in the old town in the center of Cluj. The inside of the church is also designed in a Gothic style bringing you back to the 14th century. You can also admire beautiful medieval frescoes inside the cathedral.
Banffy Palace – National Art Museum – A Gothic-style building, the palace belonged to the noble Banffy family, and nowadays, it hosts an art gallery inside the edifice’s walls. In time, the building had many functions: from a protocol residence, a nationally-known casino, an apartment building, establishment for industrial companies to a cinema.
